PDQ, you are absolutely correct stating all mammals depend on E-coli to live and survive. E-coli is a part of our natural digestive system and found in our intestines. When too many antibiotics are used, we kill off all the good bacteria in our digestive system and other bacteria, E.g. C-diff, causes problems. --

Enough about being serious, but I will remain factual. Our systems produce gas, which is known as a far+. This is also is known as flatus. This gas is methane.

No wonder why E-coli may be used to create energy. I wonder why no one thought of this before?

Oops, sorry, my 2 year old granddaughter has already discovered this process. --

LOL and have a wonderful Labor Day Weekend!

Understand this; unless adequate crude oil goes through the Alyeska pipeline each day, NOTHING will keep the trans-Alaska pipeline in service. No other substitute will do. An obvious solution is to ship more oil. There are vast, untapped quantities of oil around Alaska's North Slope. If the U.S. federal government 1.) makes the land available for exploration and production and 2.) permits such activities, then there will be LOTS of North American crude oil available for many years to come, temporarily reducing America's dependence on imports from those who sell us oil and give some of those revenues to those who intend to do us harm. In time, we can move from energy independence to renewable self-sufficiency. If we don't, our grandchildren and their children will curse us for our short-sightedness.

Came across a nice older $2 bill the other day, it sits on the side! A friend came up with a nice $5 silver certificate, in really great shape too.

Couldn't get all the news and information from the computer and net alone or from TV as well. Got to have radio too, both AM and FM for that matter!

Xie Xie Ni/Kosonem/Takk/Thank you! The weeks was almost miserable, though that wasn't your fault. Yes, it's sad and disgusting too! They waste more time than not too! He could have had a job, but he doesn't like interfacing with other human beings as he not a socially oriented person, can't get along with most others, etc. Until he's unable to get much of anything, and he won't be able to get anything from me soon enough, he won't learn. I'm going to take him out for breakfast or something, have a last talk with him, get him or make him a USB powered battery charger for his radio that he carries, and give him a couple of bucks and probably won't be going back to this library for a few weeks to a few months. It's going to be winter again soon enough, I've got to look out for myself, can't help others especially without a roof over my head of my own. He'll learn one day. Paper books? They still have them? Just joking! I love 'em, and real magazines and newspapers as well!

My comments are not as relevant as this information on Burnt Fly Bog. -- Reality there are thousands of sites like this. -- Here is a URL you can start with. -- http://www.epa.gov/region2/superfund/npl/0200528c.pdf

PDQ, I expanded on your comment about toxic sites. -- Get back to me with your thoughts.

Thanks! Real life does and has to come first anyhow; at least for most of us. It doesn't for some, even for some here in the library that I'm at today using the computer. Some do nothing but come here day after day, on the computer all day! They don't even make money with it or bother to or bother to learn how to do so. It's a shame for them and society as they could be more productive, be finacially better off, make us financially better, etc. It would have a good positive ripple effect if they were to do so! Have a great week!
